Cancelled orders

We understand things change and orders that have been prepaid and booked for delivery can be placed ON HOLD to be delivered at a later date (within 30 days) or a Store Credit issued.

In general, we do not provide refunds due to change of mind or over orders. Refunds are at the managers discretion and will incur a 5% cancellation fee (Refer to refunds)

Please consider this when placing an order.

Retuned Product

Blue Gum will exchange or issue a store credit for returned product. Product to be returned within 7 days of purchase if a valid invoice is provided. Product must be in original packaging, undamaged and in a saleable condition.

We are unable to accept returns of bulk landscape materials due to possible contamination.

Special orders on non-stocked items are non-returnable.

Product must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased.

Refunds

A refund or replacement product will be offered if a product supplied is faulty or damaged. Please contact Blue Gum immediately if you notice any damage or issues with your product. We are unable to refund product once it has been fully utilised or installed.

Refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser

Funds will be returned via the original payment method (Same credit card/ cash/ direct deposit)

Refunds of amounts greater than $100 can only be processed in store, not over the phone.

Product selection

We provide general advice however, it is the customers responsibility to ascertain the quantity and type of product required prior to placing an order.

Our bulk products are sold by the loader bucket. Our buckets hold approximately 1 cubic meter. Whilst our loader operators aim to load consistently the nature of loading a loose bulk product, there may be a slight variance in the amount of product in each bucket loaded. Please take this into consideration when calculating quantities required.

Landscape materials are a naturally sourced product and although we aim to stock a consistent product for our customers some products can vary due to seasonal availability, quarry operations and variation in rock seems.

Concrete block and paver colour and texture can vary from batch to batch. We encourage customers to purchase the total required quantity at one time.

Many of our soils contain composted organic material. Due to the origins of composted green waste soils may contain small amounts of foreign material. We work with our suppliers to minimise foreign matter however, we are unable to completely eliminate it from the supply chain.

Delivery Terms and Conditions

Delivery service is to the kerbside only. All care is taken, but no responsibility will be incurred by Blue Gum Landscaping Centre if the customer has requested delivery to another location.

Our drivers aim to deliver product to the required location however, are instructed not to take undue risks or to go off sealed roads or driveways.

If delivery has been requested to another location and a truck damages public or private property or becomes bogged the costs to repair any damage and truck recovery are the responsibility of the customer who ordered the product.

If delivery drivers attempt to deliver product to site and are unable to complete the delivery due to access issues and the product is retuned to our depot, further delivery charges will be incurred.

We are unable to accept responsibility for product that is damaged or stolen if left unattended following delivery.
